Due to the natural materials and handcrafted nature of our work, each piece is unique. Slight variations in color, size, and texture are inherent and celebrated, not considered defects.
- Product Information & Photography: We make every effort to display the colors, details, and materials of our Products as accurately as possible via photography. However, the appearance on any individual computer monitor or mobile device may vary. All descriptive information, including dimensions and materials, is provided for guidance but may have minor variations.

- Risk of Loss & Title: Title to the Products and risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery of the items to the shipping carrier.
6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Given the custom and often made-to-order nature of our jewelry, our return policy is strict to protect the value of our unique pieces.
- Policy: Returns or exchanges are accepted only for unworn, undamaged items within [e.g., 7 or 14] days of delivery, with all original tags and packaging. Custom or personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned.
